We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Palacio Maya. The rooms were nice and clean, with comfortable beds and a modern feel. The balcony overlooking the beautiful garden was a lovely touch. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed. The location was convenient, with attractions and breakfast spots within walking distance. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here! It's a short walk to Montejo avenue and the central plaza. The staff provided room service, tours/ticket assistance, and a welcome drink upon arrival. Our room was equipped with amenities like a mini-bar, in-room safe, television, and tea and coffee facilities. We loved the garden furniture on the terrace and appreciated the free toiletries as well.

I loved the beautiful gardens at this hotel, complete with live peacocks! Although the pool didn't get much sun, the hotel is in a great location close to Paseo Montejo and many restaurants. Although there was a minor issue with the room, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to everything yet just a short safe walk away from the busy areas. We were still within walking distance of bars and restaurants, and even walked to the property from the central area after dinner. The view from our balcony was stunning, overlooking the beautiful gardens.
