Conveniently located 3 minutes walk from town center with great views. Luxurious rooms with ensuite and balcony. Surprisingly delightful continental-style breakfast with fresh fruit. Quaint furnishings, old-world charm, and true hospitality. Would highly recommend for a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was quite near the center of town and within walking distance of a few eateries. The room was well appointed and the bathroom was roomy with all the necessities. The service provided by the hosts was very polite and attentive. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including hot options like waffles and boiled eggs. The hotel also had beautiful gardens with a lovely veranda overlooking the ocean and park.

The view from the hotel rooms could have been more picturesque.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options available. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was quite small and cramped. the communal areas were also quite tight, which made it difficult to move around freely.

This hotel is conveniently located near the main street in Albany, making it easy to explore the town on foot. There are several eateries within walking distance, giving you plenty of dining options. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and all the necessary facilities. I particularly loved the intimate balconies overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing and taking in the views. Additionally, the breakfast here is wonderful, with a variety of options including light fluffy waffles.

My stay at Dunmoylen House was absolutely wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated and the surrounding gardens are stunning. I especially enjoyed relaxing on the veranda and taking in the breathtaking ocean view. The breakfast each morning was a delight, with a variety of fresh fruits and delicious breads to choose from. The room I stayed in, the "Sanctuary", was newly decorated and incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the added bonus of a massage chair in the well-equipped tea room. The location of the house was perfect, with easy access to the main street and all the historical sites in Albany. The host, Sue, was attentive and friendly, offering recommendations for dinner and providing personalized extras. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Dunmoylen House to anyone visiting the area.
