I stayed at this hotel during my recent trip to northern Spain, and I must say I had a fantastic experience. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the amenities provided. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail evident throughout. The rustic charm of the rooms, combined with modern equipment, created a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The large bathroom with a huge shower cubicle was a definite plus, and all the essentials were provided. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for those traveling to the northern Spain ferries. It was conveniently located just off the motorway, making it an ideal stopover on the way to the Santander ferry. Moreover, there was a superb restaurant across the way, offering delicious meals at reasonable prices.

We had a delightful stay at the hotel, located in a charming town along the Rio Riaza. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful night's sleep. The highlight was dining at the restaurant across the street, where we indulged in the mouthwatering BBQ-roasted lamb. The unique experience, coupled with the warm hospitality of the waiter, made our evening truly memorable. We even brought home some delicious Ribero del Duero wine as a memento. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and gastronomic getaway.

The location of the hotel is great for those traveling down to Alicante or taking ferries. There is a restaurant right across the road, where you can enjoy delicious meals. The small area beside the reception is cozy and welcoming. The rooms are spotless and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. Breakfast is tasty and fulfilling. the hotel offers Wi-Fi and TV in multiple languages, adding to the convenience for guests.

The parking area of the hotel is quite small, so finding a spot can be a bit challenging at times.

The location was excellent, very close to the motorway which was convenient for our overnight stop. The parking was free and secure, giving us peace of mind. The breakfast at 5 Euros per person was a bargain and the selection was excellent. The staff, particularly the receptionist named Marta, were incredibly helpful and made check-out a breeze.

The room had a nice and clean shower room, which was a plus for us. the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home. the location was convenient, close to the motorway and easy to find. the room was spacious with a good size TV for entertainment.

We did not enjoy our stay overall. One of the main reasons for this negative experience was the restaurant opposite.

our stay at rio riaza was amazing! the staff was welcoming and the rooms were spotless with modern amenities. we loved the rustic charm and the amazing bathroom. the location right off the A1 was convenient and the restaurant offered delicious food at a reduced price for guests.

The hotel's location is perfect for easy access to Bilbao or Santander for ferries back home. It is also conveniently situated to explore the Milagros area. Additionally, there is a restaurant across the road behind the petrol station, which offers a unique dining experience. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with well-appointed en-suite shower rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. In the morning, guests can enjoy a satisfying breakfast before continuing their journey.

The lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the room was a disappointment.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The superior room we stayed in was very large and spotless. It had a nice terrace overlooking scrubland, offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere away from the road. The hotel facilities were sparsely furnished but adequate, providing a comfortable and clean environment. The breakfast offered at only 2.50 euros was a great deal, with coffee and toasted baguette that satisfied our morning cravings. The staff were attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to provide us with directions and even printing out a map with detailed instructions for our next destination. The location of this hotel was convenient, being right off the motorway and close to a petrol garage. we highly recommend this hotel for a visit to this beautiful area.
