The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Bathroom facilities were excellent with a powerful shower. Breakfast included a fun waffle machine. Ideal location near St. Paul's and the Jewelry Quarter.

The distance to the city centre was inconvenient and the taxi service was expensive and often tried to overcharge. the area around the hotel was not the most appealing which made us feel unsafe when walking back at night.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was impeccable, with lovely thick towels and fabulous hot showers. The hotel also provided nice shower gel. The location was fantastic, as it was right next to the metro station and close to some great restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing me to leave my bag at the hotel while I went to the city center.
