The location of Emerald Motel Apartments was ideal, away from highway noise with a covered carport. the spacious, clean apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and even a private timber deck. the spa was a nice touch for relaxation, and having a washer and dryer in the room was convenient for families. Exploring nearby landmarks like Emerald Botanic Gardens and the Big Easel added to our family bonding experience.

I loved that they offer free Wifi, and the recycling initiative for cans and bottles was a nice touch. the hosts were polite, making me feel right at home.

While my overall experience was great, there were a few things that could be improved. the kitchen sink's water didn't get hot enough for washing dishes effectively.

I enjoyed the spacious apartment and relaxing spa. Although the lack of toiletries was a bit disappointing. Funny enough, the floor mat in the spa was useless – note to self, bring your own next time. the washer and dryer in the room were a nice touch, but ended up using them more than expected. Plus, the spa was a much-needed treat after a long day exploring gem shops and creeks.

Great location for new year’s fireworks! the room was well equipped with a full kitchen and a washing machine. the bathroom was spacious and had a relaxing spa. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the free parking and convenient location close to restaurants and shops.

The bedroom was very cramped and small for the queen-sized bed and the fan attached to the wall made it difficult to get in and out of bed. the shower spa was also a bit dangerous to use, and we had to be careful when getting in and out.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an incredibly comfortable experience. The location is fantastic, situated in a serene garden-like area with fast food outlets just around the corner. The service was impeccable, with laundry and airport shuttle services available. The rooms were well-equipped, featuring amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The highlight for me was the jacuzzi, which provided a perfect opportunity to unwind and relax. this place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.
