The location of Emerald Motel Apartments was ideal, away from highway noise with a covered carport. the spacious, clean apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and even a private timber deck. the spa was a nice touch for relaxation, and having a washer and dryer in the room was convenient for families. Exploring nearby landmarks like Emerald Botanic Gardens and the Big Easel added to our family bonding experience.

Traveled for work, stayed for four nights. Convenient location off highway. Clean, quiet, polite hosts. Cozy bed, hot shower. Full fridge and free Wifi. Easy check-in/out. Covered carport for each apartment. Spacious, private apartments with AC. Close to amenities and shopping. Recycles cans/bottles. Cons: 100% recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed the spacious apartment and relaxing spa. Although the lack of toiletries was a bit disappointing. Funny enough, the floor mat in the spa was useless – note to self, bring your own next time. the washer and dryer in the room were a nice touch, but ended up using them more than expected. Plus, the spa was a much-needed treat after a long day exploring gem shops and creeks.

Room was spotless and comfy, LOVED the lovely verandah. Would definitely choose it again! the garden area looked better than in photos. Highly recommend!

Great location for new year’s fireworks! the room was well equipped with a full kitchen and a washing machine. the bathroom was spacious and had a relaxing spa. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the free parking and convenient location close to restaurants and shops.

The bedroom was very cramped and small for the queen-sized bed and the fan attached to the wall made it difficult to get in and out of bed. the shower spa was also a bit dangerous to use, and we had to be careful when getting in and out.
