As a frequent traveler for work all over Australia, I have to say that Emporium Hotel South Bank tops my list of favorite hotels. The attention to detail in every aspect, from the luxurious room design to the exceptional service, is outstanding. The piano bar is a standout, with amazing drinks and a fantastic atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. I also appreciated that my special requests were acknowledged and met. I can't wait to come back and experience the signature restaurant, spa, and piano bar.

The hotel had exceptional service, from the responsive and courteous staff to the immediate attention to our in-room needs. The spacious rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the ensuite was large and well-lit, perfect for makeup application. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the rooftop infinity pool with expansive skyline views. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby Parklands, a variety of great restaurants in South Bank, and close proximity to cultural attractions like the museum and art gallery. The breakfast was amazing, and the rooftop bar provided exceptional views.

As a light sleeper, I loved the soundproof rooms, ensuring a peaceful and uninterrupted sleep.

I recently stayed at a hotel located near many different restaurants and just a short walk away from the main South Bank attractions. The room was luxurious and well-maintained, with a beautiful bathroom and a stunning view of the surrounding area. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. In addition, the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The infinity pool and rooftop bar were also great facilities to relax and enjoy the beautiful city sights.

Although some minor issues arose during our stay, the staff were quick to respond and offered solutions to rectify any problems.

Spent Easter long weekend in a hotel and really enjoyed the stay. the room was spacious and clean. Loved the complementary bottle of bubbly and the spa bath was amazing. the hotel is located within a short walk to nice restaurants and cafes. the pool area is great with stunning views. It was very relaxing to sit by the poolside enjoying the scenery. the staff were wonderful and always happy to help. a fantastic experience!

The air conditioning in our room was not working properly. It was hot and muggy outside and unfortunately, it made our stay a bit uncomfortable.

We stayed at a luxurious hotel in South Bank and were pleasantly surprised by the exclusive amenities offered. the staff were attentive and met our every need seamlessly. the rooms were furnished with high, end amenities and we particularly enjoyed the in, room breakfast and private facilities. the outdoor swimming pool and spa centre were perfect for relaxation, and the rooftop infinity pool was a highlight.

the lack of clear indication of which lift was coming next caused some confusion and made it difficult for those with mobility issues.

This funky hotel is simply amazing! The location is perfect, with its open roof and stunning views that add to the incredible atmosphere. Although some guests hog the pool chairs, the gorgeous pool is still a delightful spot to relax. The room is spacious and quiet, with magic screens in the bathroom and remote-controlled curtains that add a touch of luxury. The service is impeccable, and the breakfast is scrumptious. Plus, the hotel offers fantastic facilities like an infinity pool and a pool deck.

The only downside is the limited options at the rooftop bar, which can get quite busy on weekends.
