Great last minute emergency accommodation with accommodating hosts

The spacious apartment with comfy beds and a working shower was a saving grace during our unexpected stay. the hosts were lovely and went out of their way to meet our needs on short notice. a thorough deep clean and better noise insulation from the rooms above would greatly enhance the overall experience at this place.

I found this hotel to be convenient due to its location near the beach, bus stops, and restaurants. the cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the staff was friendly and efficient. having parking available and access to restaurant options nearby was a plus.

Location - As I stepped out of the hotel, the shimmering beach was just a stone's throw away, offering a retreat rivaling even the most luxurious resorts. It felt like having a personal slice of paradise right at my doorstep, making every sunrise and sunset truly magical.

Bleach odor lingering.

Vibin' location for brekkie markets and beach chills, top-notch service—early check-in swoon, and clean rooms with cozy beds. Cons: Pop-up party animals made a ruckus till dawn - noise alert needed. All in all, a ripper stay—props to the friendly staff and close-to-airport perk. Cheers to the Gold Coast life, mate!

I recently stayed at a hotel near the beach that I was surprised by. The location was perfect, close to the beach with easy access back into the highway. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms. The staff provided friendly service and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel had great facilities, including a pool and undercover car parking. The view from the balcony was stunning, overlooking the beach and creek. it was a great experience.

That the pool hadn't been cleaned and had a few leaves.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect. It was situated in a beautiful park opposite the beach, making it very convenient for enjoying the Gold Coast. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. I loved the huge balcony, which provided a lovely space to relax. the attention to detail and value for money made my experience here exceptional.

We had a wonderful stay at Red Star Hotel Palm Beach. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the shops and beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and even offered us an umbrella when it was drizzling outside. During my recent business trip, I found a couple of complementary gold nuggets in terms of location and room amenities. the hotel is situated in a central area which made traveling around the city a breeze. Not to mention, the hotel provides shuttle services to the airport and nearby tourist attractions. the room amenities were top-notch. the bedding was cozy, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and steady. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast edibles that were delivered to my room every morning.

The hotel fell short in delivering the expected level of service. the staff was not very welcoming, and I felt like my presence was more of a disturbance.

The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful throughout our stay. the hotel offered a tasty breakfast at a reasonable price.

The shower grout was in need of a thorough cleaning.
