I always return for the perfect stay. Free Wi, Fi, parking, snack bar, and airport shuttle make it convenient. the rooms are smoke, free, have air, con, a TV, and kettle. the staff gave helpful currency tips. Excited to return for New Year celebrations! .

Nights at this hotel are as quiet and peaceful as a sleepy koala in a eucalyptus tree. Enjoying the complimentary plunger coffee felt like discovering a hidden gem in the outback. the fresh linen and tastefully renovated bathroom were like a breath of fresh air in the desert.

I had a wonderful stay at Nicholas Royal Motel - No Pets Allowed. The motel had a charming appearance, with lovely rose bushes and plants. I really appreciated the provided bucket and sponge to wash my car windscreen. The complimentary coffee and coffee plunger were a great bonus. The rooms were small but spotlessly clean, and the beds were comfortable. I also enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor areas. The motel's location was perfect for breaking up my long trip. I highly recommend this motel.

The location of the motel is ideal, being close to town and offering a pleasant garden area. It is conveniently situated near a good pub for a nice feed and is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with renovated interiors and lovely sheets. The presence of a pool is also a bonus, providing a refreshing break after a long day of travel. Some thoughtful amenities include buckets of water and squeegees for cleaning vehicle windshields.

There were reports of pets being allowed in the rooms, contrary to the advertised "No Pets Allowed" policy.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. It is conveniently located in the centre of town, close to a little supermarket and in the centre of Hay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and hot rain shower. Plus, breakfast is included at the nearby bakery.

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean rooms, functioning amenities. Adjoined to a local hotel for dining options. Great for tired travelers. Very clean, comfy beds, and extra pillows available. Carpets well-maintained. Pool view room provided a refreshing sight. Pleasantly surprised by renovated rooms. Lovely sheets and appreciated the pool after a long day. Accommodated late check-in and delivered a delicious breakfast to the room. Clean, quiet, and overall lovely little place.

The room was clean and modern with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, promptly fixing an issue with the TV. the location was excellent, with a nearby pub offering delicious meals.

The room had a musty smell which was quite unpleasant. there were some cobwebs and dust in certain areas which detracted from the overall cleanliness of the room.
