The room was comfy, and check-in was smooth. the staff's confusion over addresses provided some laughs. Quiet nights, tidy rooms, and undercover parking; close to a good spot for food and drinks. A bit disappointed about the closed bistro, ended up room-servicing it instead. But all in all, not a bad stay. Cheers to more adventures in the boomerang-shaped bed.

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the staff, except for one individual at the front desk, were extremely friendly and helpful. the service, both at the motel and the pub, was top-notch. the restaurant and bar area served delicious meals and had a great wine list. I especially enjoyed the convenience of being close to the pub for delicious meals and drinks. the room service was prompt and the staff always brought the orders to the room quickly and with a friendly attitude. I also appreciated the option to request wholemeal toast for breakfast and the availability of Netflix for entertainment on the TV.

One area that could be improved upon is the front desk staff's consistency in providing information and service. There were discrepancies with our checkout date and a missed late checkout request, which caused confusion.

We had a great stay at Nightcap! The spacious apartment comfortably accommodated all seven of us. It was clean, well-appointed, and surprisingly quiet. The location was convenient, and the breakfast provided was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a great accommodation option for our stay. The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable, with all the essentials and a very comfy bed. It was also conveniently close to everything you could ask for in town. The staff were helpful and the wifi signal was very good.

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, being close to the city centre and within walking distance to all the main attractions in town. Additionally, the motel is well-maintained and the rooms are spacious and clean, providing utmost comfort during your stay. The staff is very helpful and makes sure you have a comfortable experience.

The refrigerator in the rooms could be improved as there were some unpleasant odours, especially in the bathrooms.

We appreciated the water pressure in the shower and comfortable beds. the staff were friendly, helpful, and made our stay very comfortable.

No covered parking and too hot. the parking lot wasn't covered, so the car got hot in the sun.
