the reception is on the top floor, which is just ridiculous. and the airport shuttle? laughable! it starts at 5 am, not 4 am like I needed. I just thought maybe a complimentary upgrade would’ve been a decent gesture for that inconvenience, but no! I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t.

Incredibly close to the domestic terminal. just a leisurely stroll! The room was spacious and clean with comfy beds and a great shower. Snacks available 24/7, which is a lifesaver after a long trip!

The sink was more stubborn than a mule, and the toilet flush required Olympic training. Who knew bathrooms could be such athletes?

Scored a coffee and sandwich at a reasonable price , which hit the spot after that nasty jet lag. The lounge area on the top story was a cool place to unwind and watch planes take off while enjoying a meal.
