The reception was helpful, comfortable bed, hot shower with good water pressure, neat and clean, charming building style, convenient location near supermarkets and quaint shops.

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were well-maintained and equipped with basic amenities, including a very comfy bed. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, such as the big flat screen TV in the room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location is central to various tourist attractions, making it convenient for exploring the area. Moreover, the hotel is situated between two Fern Tree Gully railway stations, both of which are easily walkable, allowing for easy access to transportation. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included in some of the room options, adding value to my stay.

One minor aspect that could be improved is the difficulty in locating the sports bar for check-in.

Polite telephone conversation beforehand. Pleasant and obliging staff at check-in and check-out. Basic room with adequate comforts. Clean bathroom with large shower head and good quality towels. Comfortable bed and lovely shower.

The cleanliness of the outdoor areas, such as the steps and porches, could be improved.

Spent Xmas at a hotel that advertised complementary chocolates and breakfast, but no chocolates were available and breakfast was served late. The location was good, close to tourist attractions and restaurants, but the noise level from the pub was unbearable. The room was clean, but overall outdated, with a big step into the shower.

Xmas at this hotel felt like a false promise. The pub next door was way too loud and going on until late hours.
