the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the free airport shuttle was a great convenience. the outdoor swimming pool area was a real gem, perfect for a relaxing afternoon swim. the laundry service available to guests was a nice touch, making it easy to freshen up clothes during the stay. the location is truly lovely, situated opposite a park and Lake Kununurra, offering a peaceful atmosphere.

While the overall experience was wonderful, one thing that could be improved is the frequency of room cleaning. It would have been nice to have more frequent cleaning during the week to keep the rooms feeling fresh.

Immaculate and well-prepared rooms, we felt like royalty in a setting fit for a king and queen. Sylvia, the housemaid, was like a fairy godmother ensuring every detail was perfect. Arthur, the gardener, transformed the grounds into a botanical paradise.

The pool was lit, and the chill spot outside the crib was perfect for vibing. the rooms were huge, and the kitchen had all we needed for epic feasts. the vibes were on point!

This place is fantastic! The location is perfect, right across from the beautiful park and lake. I love that it's just outside of the town center, away from the hustle and bustle, but still convenient to get to. The staff here are so friendly and helpful, they really make you feel at home. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with a lovely deck to relax on. The amenities were great too, from the free laundry facilities to the well-equipped kitchen. And let's not forget the pool, such a relaxing spot to cool off in. I couldn't ask for more!

We stayed in a lovely spacious apartment with a beautiful deck at Freshwater East Kimberley. The property was well-maintained and had a pretty garden. The complimentary laundry was very handy and the beds were comfortable. The staff, especially Nancy, were very friendly and helpful in every way. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a great time staying at these apartments. The location was perfect, right in front of a beautiful park and close to the town centre. The room was comfortable with a big living area and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool and BBQ area were great for relaxing and the outdoor shower was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the view from our balcony and the friendly staff made our stay even better.

The lack of doors separating the bedroom and bathroom area from the living area made us feel somewhat exposed while showering.

The towel service was inconsistent and we had to remind them to provide towels and toiletries. we could hear noise from neighboring rooms which impacted our sleep quality.
