During my Christmas stay, the complementary mince pie and mulled wine were a nice touch. the location was also great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the bed was comfortable and I enjoyed being able to control the blackout blinds with a remote.

The bathroom had a lot of mold and the surfaces were not wiped down properly. the carpets in the room looked like they had not been vacuumed in a while.

I loved the modern and stylish design of the hotel. The rooms were clean, cozy, and perfect for couples or business trips.
