Guests can enjoy being just a short walk away from the beach, perfect for taking in the stunning views. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with attention to detail and thoughtful amenities like a washing machine and umbrella. Guests rave about the hearty and delicious breakfast provided, as well as the helpful and welcoming service from the hosts.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of town. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the surrounding area. The room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The breakfast provided was delicious and more than enough to keep me satisfied throughout my stay. I also appreciated the little extras, like the chocolates and port, that added a touch of indulgence to my experience.

We got excellent value for our money at Freycinet Waters. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a stunning ocean view. The location was perfect, with the jetty and beach right in front of the hotel. The owners, Bob and Karen, were incredibly friendly and provided us with helpful information for our trip.

The room I stayed in was impeccably clean, and the spa tub was a luxurious treat after a long day of hiking. I appreciated Karen's attention to my dietary preferences, as she offered to cook the vegetables without meat fat. The proximity to the beach and amenities was perfect, and Bob and Karen were both friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this B&B for a wonderful getaway experience.
