The only minor issue I noticed was that the check-in staff had a strong cigarette odor. Otherwise, everything was okay.

The room was very clean and spacious, perfect for my family of four. We had a modern room with a kitchenette, which was a great convenience. The beds were extremely comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. The location was excellent, right across the road from the Garden City Shopping Centre. The presence of a designated smoking area at the rear of the property was a welcome feature. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I stayed here for my commitments in Mt Gravatt. The motel's location across from Mt Gravatt Shopping Centre was perfect, with bus stops nearby and easy freeway access. The motel itself was consistently clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering it's on the highway. There were also small shops and cafes within walking distance. The staff were always polite and even organised an extra bed for us when needed.

During my Christmas stay, I found the motel to be conveniently located near a shopping center and across from a swimming pool and BBQ area. the rooms were clean and large, and I appreciated the amenities such as tea & coffee, TV, bar fridge, wifi.

There were a few aspects of the motel that I did not enjoy. the shower in our room had inconsistent temperature, making it difficult for young children to shower independently.

The hot water in the shower was a problem, taking a long time to come through and causing issues with adjusting the temperature. the bathroom had some design flaws, such as a noisy extractor fan and a single sink located next to the toilet.
