We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and extras provided during our stay at Genesta House. The fruit, cheese, and wine were a lovely touch. Simonne's recommendations for local attractions were spot-on, including her advice to bring coats to the penguin parade. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to both the beach and town center. Despite the slight noise from the resort opposite, it did not bother us. We had a wonderful time and would love to return one day.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is only one block from the beach. This allows for easy access to the sea front and provides a great opportunity for leisurely walks along the coastline. The rooms are tastefully decorated and clean, with comfortable beds and fluffy towels. The breakfast provided offers a variety of options, such as fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, and toast. Additionally, the host is welcoming and provides helpful information about the local area.

The hotel lacks a hand rail in the shower, which can be a bit unsteady for older or disabled guests.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a delight. the room amenities were excellent, with a toaster and a kettle for our breakfast. It was convenient to find the beach just a few minutes away from the hotel and also a lovely garden nearby. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the helpful and friendly staff that provided great recommendations for local attractions.

The cleanliness of the crockery and cutlery in the room could have been better. We found some bits of old toothpicks and dirt on the table.

Friendly and relaxed atmosphere, helpful owner, close proximity to beach and shops, great communication with hosts, beautiful and tranquil setting.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The attention to detail in the charming rooms is truly impressive. Set among beautiful gardens, it offers a tranquil and picturesque setting. The staff are lovely and provided helpful information during our stay. We also enjoyed the convenient location, just a short walk from the beach and within easy reach of restaurants and shops. The overall value for money was excellent, with breakfast included in the Tarif and even chocolates supplied!
