I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail at this hotel. They provided all the basic amenities like a microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee/tea, which made my stay very convenient. The staff were friendly and the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. I also loved the spacious car parking right in front of the room, making it easy for me to load and unload my luggage.

The location was great for accessing the Surf Coast and exploring the nearby areas.

We had a fantastic stay at a motel in this city. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The shower head was broken, but the owner quickly replaced it. Great service! We appreciated the helpful staff and their flexibility with our late check-in. The spacious room was comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was convenient, close to a shopping center and the venue we attended. Plus, we could even watch the security cameras on the TV.

This hotel pleasantly surprised me with its value for money and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities in the room met all my needs. Located near a pub, it was convenient for dinner and close to the event I attended. The ground-level, spacious room with two beds and a heater made my stay even more comfortable.

Amazing room size and cleanliness! I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room, perfect for a solo traveler like me. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a microwave and a kettle. The bathroom was huge, with a fantastic showerhead and strong water pressure. The room was also equipped with a heater-air conditioner unit that worked well. Despite being close to the main road, I didn't hear any traffic noise. I had a great experience at this motel and would highly recommend it.

We got great value for our money at Golden Palms. The room was modern and comfortable, exactly like the pictures. The location was convenient for shopping and dining, and it was easy to access the Great Ocean Road. The staff was helpful and made our late check-in process smooth.

More breakfast choices would have been appreciated.
