Our Christmas stay at this hotel was truly memorable. the location was unbeatable, offering easy access to the slopes and ski rental facilities. the room was clean, spacious, and well-heated, providing a comfortable refuge after an active day in the snow. We also loved the half-board option, which provided delicious and varied meals every day.

the parking lot was covered with snow and ice, making it difficult to park our rental car. these issues somewhat dampened our experience, but we would still recommend this hotel for its amazing location and comfortable accommodation.

Enjoyed our Christmas stay at this hotel. Great location, close to bars and ski lift, perfect for a ski holiday. the staff at the reception and ski rental were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We were able to rent ski equipment for a great price right from the hotel lobby, which was convenient.

Some of the restaurant staff were not friendly and did not seem willing to accommodate non-Bulgarian speakers. the breakfast hot food was not always hot and lacked variety, with the same options being offered every day.

We had a great experience at Ice Angels. the hotel is constructed with care and has all the amenities of a four-star hotel. the location is wonderful, right next to the ski slopes. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. the staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the option of horseback riding nearby. we highly recommend Ice Angels for a fantastic mountain getaway.
