Our Christmas stay at this hotel was truly memorable. The location was unbeatable, offering easy access to the slopes and ski rental facilities. We also loved the half-board option, which provided delicious and varied meals every day.

We were disappointed that we could not bring our ski gear into our room and were charged extra for storage. while the hotel advertised a hot tub and a heated pool, they were not fully functional during our stay.

Some of the restaurant staff were not friendly and did not seem willing to accommodate non-Bulgarian speakers. The breakfast hot food was not always hot and lacked variety, with the same options being offered every day.
