my recent stay in brisbane was exceptional, thanks to the hotel grand chancellor. from the comfy bed to the clean room and friendly staff, everything exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect, with easy access to queens st mall and affordable parking. i especially enjoyed the impressive breakfast selection and the rooftop view from the gym/pool area. definitely my go-to hotel in brisy!

noisy air conditioning

I recently stayed at a hotel in the central area of town that was perfect for my needs. This place was situated in a quiet area but also offered a beautiful view of the city from the hill. The service was excellent with quick check-in and check-out at the front reception desk. In addition, the staff provided great service and were very attentive to my needs. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and great amenities that included free wi-fi, soundproofed rooms, and a wide range of toiletries. The breakfast provided was truly a treat - it was a full buffet with great flavours and a lot of gluten-free options.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The extremely helpful and friendly staff at the reception made check-in a breeze. The comfortable bed and well-laid-out room with a balcony were a great addition. The hotel's location was convenient, with a short walk to the CBD. Appreciated the late check-out option and the ice-cold air conditioning.

The conference room was well-equipped and the food provided was exceptional. The location of the hotel, close to the main area of Brisbane and the beautiful parkland gardens, was convenient and enjoyable. The room itself was clean, spacious, and offered amazing views of the parklands. The comfortable beds and pillows made for a great night's sleep. Additionally, the buffet breakfast offered a variety of delicious options at a very good value. I highly recommend this hotel for both work and leisure stays.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with the Frescos restaurant close by and other dining options easily accessible. It was on the outskirts of the CBD, but not as far from restaurants as initially thought. The rooms were comfortable and practical with small balconies for fresh air. The staff were attentive and efficient, providing good service. The hotel also offered a 2-for-1 breakfast which was a good value.

The room was not soundproof, causing disturbances from outside noise.

The hotel had good complementary services, including a travel guide and a helpful receptionist. the location was great, with a short walk to key attractions. the rooftop pool was also very enjoyable for relaxing and enjoying the view.

The bathroom was a bit cramped, and the clear glass wall next to the shower was not very private. the air conditioning was quite noisy, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
