We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff provided world-class service, being attentive and friendly throughout our visit. The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere. The hotel's location was excellent, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants in this city. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and dinner at the on-site restaurant, Dash, where we even indulged in giant oysters for breakfast!

the staff at this hotel, which is managed by Newmark, were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my stay. the location was perfect, situated near the V&A Waterfront with stunning views of Table Mountain. the rooms and bathrooms were beautifully designed, and the restaurant offered top-notch dining experiences. Although there were a couple of minor issues with the WiFi and pillows, my overall impression of this hotel was extremely positive. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning.

The Queen Victoria Hotel provided a fabulous breakfast with a great selection for vegetarians and vegans. The staff was excellent, and the location was perfect for easy access to the downtown area.

The rooms are large and attractive with a dramatic atrium area. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, making you feel welcomed every time. The breakfast menu is delicious with a good buffet and attentive service. The location is ideal for exploring the V&A Waterfront area.

This hidden gem of a boutique hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the beautiful decor to the attentive staff, everything was top-notch. The spacious rooms were tastefully decorated and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms were stunning, with dual sinks and modern showers. The daily room service was thorough and the turn down service was a nice touch. The breakfast service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers a gym and pool shared with a sister hotel. we were impressed by the reasonable pricing and couldn't fault a thing.

The hotel offers spa services, including massages, which were incredibly relaxing after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance to the V&A Waterfront and other nearby attractions. The staff were also eager to assist us with any request we had, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Queen Victoria Hotel in Cape Town for a weekend getaway. The staff at this boutique hotel were exceptional, providing a warm welcome and upgrading my room. The breakfast was superb, offering a great variety of food, and the evening dinner was also very good. The location near the waterfront was perfect, with easy access to the V&A Waterfront shopping mall, Two Oceans Aquarium, and Watershed art market. The lobby bar with live piano performances was a delightful place to unwind. a fantastic experience that I would recommend.

Great value for money, with spacious rooms that feel like suites and amazing artwork throughout the hotel. The location is fantastic, offering a calm oasis in the heart of a vibrant area. The staff, from the reception to the breakfast team, are incredibly friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay.
