During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a centrally located hotel. The convenient location allowed me to easily explore the city's sights after meetings. The restaurant had a great selection of delicious food, and the service was exceptional. The spacious room featured a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel offered helpful facilities and stunning views.

I did notice that there was no power point on the side of the bed for charging phones.

Free toiletries and WiFi were nice, hotel is located in the heart of the action near restaurants and attractions. the view from our room was fantastic.

The balcony room we paid extra for was not accessible due to maintenance, which we were not informed of beforehand. We also had issues with being charged twice for our stay and the staff's lack of apology or explanation left us frustrated.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place was ideal, right in the heart of the city center. It was perfect for all the planned activities I had in Townsville. Plus, there were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. I loved that the hotel was on the ocean side of the building, providing stunning views to Magnetic Island. It was a great spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.

I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
