All was perfect.

We had an amazing stay at Sultan Bey Resort! The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely view of the bay. The staff, especially the reception guy, were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was perfect for relaxing, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas available. The beach shuttle was a great addition. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect, with downtown just a short distance away. Plus, the hotel has its own island with a shuttle boat, which was a unique and fun experience. The rooms were spacious and had a nice view. And the best part? The service! From room service to housekeeping, everyone was so attentive and made sure that our needs were met. I also appreciated the laundry service and the fact that they offered a paid airport shuttle. They even welcomed us with a delicious drink upon arrival. this place truly exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to come back!

The hotel is also situated near Zeytouna Island, which offers a beautiful beach area for relaxation. The rooms are spacious and provide a nice view. The staff is friendly and professional, always willing to assist. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The food quality and variety, especially at dinner, could be improved. There were some inconsistencies in the quality of the dishes depending on the chef in charge.
