Breakfast not applicable, everything still closed at 8.30am. Safe and secure during torrential rain and strong winds. Beautiful location, welcoming staff. Gorgeous barmaid Rosie is a credit to the team. Amazing live music and relaxed atmosphere over New Year. Excellent unexpected restaurant. Recommended for Bright-Mt Hotham area.

The location was great and the staff were amazing, providing excellent service. the pub had a nice atmosphere and the attached bistro offered great meals. the pool was a nice touch, even though we didn't get a chance to use it. Nearby landmarks like the Mountain Fresh Trout and Salmon Farm added to the experience, enhancing family bonding. the room lacked adequate temperature control and privacy was breached, impacting our overall comfort.

The room had a cozy vibe with pleasant garden views and a comfy desk to work at. the private bathroom was clean with nice toiletries. the TV was a bonus for some evening entertainment after a day of exploring.

TV reception was a bit hit or miss, but hey, movie nights with friends in another room saved the day!

The Harrietville Hotel Motel is in a fantastic location, right across the road from a beautiful creek where you can hear the soothing sound of bubbling water from your room. Additionally, there is a lovely café just a short walk away that serves excellent coffee. On Sundays, you can also enjoy the Harrietville market, which is very close by. If you're interested in outdoor activities, the hotel is conveniently situated just down the hill from the snow.

There is no internet available at the hotel, making it difficult to catch up on any work that requires an internet connection.

The pool was refreshing and a great way to cool off during my stay. The location of the hotel near the mountains provided a beautiful backdrop for my vacation. The shower and bed in my room were comfortable and provided a good night's rest.

Drawback: I found it inconvenient that the WiFi only reached the pool area and not the rooms.

Nothing not to love.

The charming, cozy motel we stayed at during our city trip had a friendly staff who accommodated our needs, and the pub area had lots of character and atmosphere. the clean room had essential amenities such as a very comfortable bed, hot water supply, well-functioning TV and DVD player, and free hot chocolate. It was also well-located for access to nearby ski fields and attractions.

Although the room was functional and comfortable, the dated decor and old carpets could do with an upgrade. We also didn't have a Do Not Disturb sign to hang on the door, and some rooms could be noisy due to inconsiderate guests.

I absolutely loved staying at this place. The location was perfect, as it was easy to reach after a tiring day of skiing. Plus, it was very close to the Harrietville market, which we attended on Sunday. The staff made me feel incredibly welcome, especially Rosie, who was a true credit to this venue. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including heating and a flat-screen TV. The outdoor areas were beautiful, with a sun terrace and garden furniture. And to top it all off, there was a spa and wellness center where I could relax and unwind.

I recommend this hotel to everyone.
