This place suits me perfectly! It has everything I need like internet access, free parking, a fitness center, and an indoor pool. The staff helped me with a late check-in on my first visit, just like Sandy did—she went above and beyond! I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.

I had a pleasant stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Matthews. The room was spacious and quiet, featuring a great shower. However, I found the bedding uncomfortable and experienced some trouble with regulating the room temperature. It's a good place for families and those traveling with pets, but improvement in bedding and HVAC is needed.

Loved the indoor pool and fitness center, but breakfast was too early for me.

The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the breakfast had good variety. Staff were super friendly, especially a desk clerk named Cole who went above and beyond!

However, we faced multiple issues with room keys, which was a bit frustrating. Plus, while breakfast was decent, it could get chaotic during peak hours.

We explored a game at the Spectrum Center and visited some local parks. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, and breakfast was a nice touch. Definitely recommend for a fun stay!

But, bless their hearts, they only had two luggage carts, which turned my bags into a workout! Also, breakfast food felt like it was on a permanent vacation—always out!

However, the pool area was crowded, and seating during breakfast could be limited, making it a bit chaotic during peak hours.

Everything was flawless! The location was spot on, just 15 minutes from downtown Charlotte! Super clean room with a fridge and microwave (so handy! ). Breakfast? Plenty of options and great coffee! The staff? So friendly and helpful!

Rooms are clean and spacious. Our Queen Room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave. The bathroom was newly done with a great shower. Nice indoor pool and fitness centre. Breakfast was generous with hot and cold options. Staff were super nice, like helping us with Uber Ride. Really thoughtful!

The location is convenient and offers bicycle rentals for exploring the area. The breakfast options were quite limited during my stay.
