The location, BREATHTAKING VIEWS, and huge pool were mind-blowing! Exceptional service and diverse dining options were super enjoyable. Yoga classes and gym facilities were impressive, and the breakfast was simply fantastic. the range of activities was jaw-dropping, with a special mention to the Ocean Dynamics snorkeling excursion. Though pricey, overall a truly enjoyable stay despite a hiccup with our boat transfer.

The all-new spa at Intercontinental Hayman Island Resort exudes a philosophy of sensory and sustainable treatments inspired by the surrounds. It is a blissful sanctuary dedicated to personal pampering, offering facials, body wraps, and massages. the location is amazing, boasting the best room I've ever stayed in. the private beaches and infinity pool area create a relaxed vibe day and night. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. Cons: Overpriced dining options, average food quality, and lacking service for a 5-star resort.

The butter at the resort was next level, making every bite a dream. the culinary journey was full of local slang, worthy dishes. the staff were top, notch, always going above and beyond.

The room had some humidity issues but a change helped. Choice in food could be wider, with closer attention to quality.

Incredible buffet breakfast, great seafood buffet, quality dinner, magical beach pool villas, perfect refurbishment, gorgeous and large king retreat room.

Our stay at the Intercontinental was absolutely incredible! The attention to detail and luxury amenities exceeded our expectations. The room layout, with both an indoor and outdoor shower, was stunning. The resort itself was stunning, with clean pools and plenty of lounge areas. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was one of the best we've had at a resort. The activities offered during the day were plentiful and catered to all levels of physical activity. The wifi connection was great throughout the entire resort. we highly recommend this hotel.

While the staff service was inconsistent, with some being friendly and helpful while others were not, it did not take away from our overall experience. Additionally, there were limited activities available in the evenings if you didn't want to sit in the bar areas.

Brand new amenities. Comfortable rooms. Fantastic staff, especially Sebastian and Danny from Ocean Dynamic, and Alec who was friendly and accommodating. Very clean with amazing beds. Plenty of activities and dining options. Great place to relax or explore.

We had an enjoyable stay at the resort. The location was fantastic, with easy access to Whitehaven beach and a nearby island with great snorkelling. The room was comfortable and stylish, with modern fitout and amazing pools. The breakfast had a great selection and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also loved the view of the cove on Hayman Island around the bend.

The ferry transport was quite expensive for getting to and from the hotel.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving trip! the location was amazing; we loved being able to take part in all the beachfront activities and the guided hikes were great. Plus, the little chef experience for kids was definitely a highlight. the staff were very friendly and the room itself was very comfortable and clean.

The service at the restaurants was a bit on the slow side, and there wasn't a great variety of food. It would have been nice if there were more complimentary activities offered.

We had a luxurious stay at this venue with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. the staff provided exceptional service with friendly activity personnel and a comprehensive greeting on arrival. the Spa & Wellness Centre had a great variety of treatments, such as full body massages, body scrubs, and beauty treatments. the infinity pool and sun terrace with sun loungers made for a relaxing stay with a perfect view of the garden area. the restaurant had an impressive selection of special diet menus and outdoor dining areas.

The only minor issue was the slow in-room dining service. This hotel had an extensive range of entertainment to choose from and being a beachfront location, there was an abundance of leisure space with opportunities for outdoor swimming and access to the sea.
