during our anniversary stay in pullman, i was pleasantly surprised how this place exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious and clean, and the hot water pressure was solid, making it an enjoyable experience. the closeness to downtown cafes and a comfy bed made our celebration even better.

the lady at the front desk burst in on me at check-out! talk about rude, it was only 11:05 am. and don’t even get me started on the questionable bugs I uncovered in the bathroom. with such an alarming lack of special treatment during this disastrous visit, I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn't.
