We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and stylish. The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and parking. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we had on our trip, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

I recently spent New Year at a hotel in Miraflores and there were several things I liked about my stay. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Secondly, the hotel's location was key as it was surrounded by many attractions, such as restaurants, pubs, and shopping centers. This made it convenient to explore the area and enjoy different activities. Lastly, the hotel offered a complimentary drink, which was a nice touch and added to the overall positive experience.

There were a couple of aspects that I disliked about the hotel. the staff was not the friendliest, although they were helpful when needed.

Best aspects of our romantic escape were the comfortable bed and the spacious bathroom. the location is perfect for exploring the city and enjoying nearby restaurants and bars. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks in the bar, a nice touch for couples on a romantic getaway.

Worst aspects of the stay were the overly citrusy flavors in the restaurant dishes and the lack of variety in the breakfast buffet. the outdated mattresses made for a less-than-ideal sleeping experience.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect! It was in a key area with great access to shops and restaurants. Plus, it was very safe and convenient. Another thing I liked was the excellent service provided by the staff. They were genuinely pleasant, helpful, and always resolved my issues quickly. Additionally, the car service offered by the hotel was worth the extra cost. the drivers were professional and it was a comfortable way to navigate the horrible traffic in the city.

One negative aspect I experienced during my stay was the lack of hot water. It was quite inconvenient when I wanted to take a shower one afternoon and had to wait for it to be fixed.

We also enjoyed the outstanding Pisco Sours from Jeam-Pierre at the bar. The pick-up service from the airport was convenient and reliable, providing peace of mind. a memorable and enjoyable stay.
