We were impressed with the delicious breakfast at the hotel, offering many vegan and gluten-free options. The location near the park was perfect for an early morning run. we would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

the hotel was amazing - great location, helpful staff, and modern comfortable rooms. the breakfast was superb and the complimentary bikes were a nice touch. overall, it exceeded my expectations for a stay in madrid and i highly recommend petit palace.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location with exceptional staff. This was my third extended stay at the hotel, and it keeps getting better each year. The front desk staff and manager were the best! The breakfast staff were also excellent. The hotel itself is a gem and offers a beautiful view. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even opening the kitchen early for us when they heard our children were hungry. a fantastic experience and we will definitely be returning in the future.

The hotel is situated in a very good location, just outside the busy city centre and opposite an awesome park. It is near to many sites worth visiting. The breakfast served is wonderful, with so much choice and the staff are friendly. The apartment is fabulous with amazing views.

The staff should have been better considering the high rating and price.

I loved staying in this venue. The location couldn't be better, within walking distance to all the major art galleries and interesting neighborhoods. The park nearby was also a great addition to my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. I appreciated the room amenities, especially the free WiFi and laptop which was incredibly convenient. The room was clean, comfortable and had a nice rain shower. this hotel provided the perfect combination of luxury and comfort.

I would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends for their next trip.

The hotel is situated in a great location near a beautiful park. You can easily walk to many attractions around the area. the breakfast selection was excellent with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Another plus was the cleanliness of the hotel.

A few negatives were that the staff was just okay, not very welcoming or friendly. the rooms were lacking in certain amenities such as tea and coffee making facilities and air conditioning.

Our stay at Petit Palace was fantastic. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful Retiro Park. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel itself was quiet and had a pleasant atmosphere. We even got to use the free bikes provided by the hotel, which was a great way to explore the city. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
