This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. Firstly, the location was perfect for my needs, right in the center and easily accessible to Syracuse sports, entertainment, and business venues. It was also pleasantly surprising how quiet the hotel was, despite being so centrally located.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing that stood out as needing improvement.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location is prime, with tons of shopping areas and food places nearby. It’s located in an area that feels secluded but close enough to some great restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great bathrooms and a lovely view. The staff is very friendly, making your stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious and had a great selection too! The hotel boasts great facilities, including a gym and a pool, which we found a real advantage.

The only negative aspect we found was a minor issue with the room service.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the fact that the hotel provided a delicious breakfast with a good range of options, including hot food. It was a great way to start the day without having to worry about finding a restaurant. the location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was situated in a quiet area off the tollway and only a short drive away from popular attractions like Destiny USA. This made it easy for us to explore and enjoy our vacation. Additionally, the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable as they were always helpful and accommodating.

On the downside, I was disappointed to find that the front desk staff were rude and unprofessional when we had an issue with our payment. They double charged our debit card and even added an additional $40 to the room price without explanation.

The morning meal could be improved by ensuring the breakfast selection is available until a later time.

I had a great stay at Springhill Suites! The room was spacious and had a sitting area with a couch and desk. The breakfast had a good variety, including delicious scrambled eggs. The staff was friendly and even offered me a newspaper. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located in this city, close to some food places and restaurants. It was also very close to Destiny USA shopping mall. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and courteous.

The complementary breakfast had a good variety of food options and the staff member who attended to us was helpful. the rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. the location was strategic for our business trip as it was close to the highway, which made navigation easier.

The noise level in the room was unbearable at night and made falling asleep very difficult. the room was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, as there were stains on the carpet and the bathroom had a foul odor.

The manager was accommodating and offered an upgraded accommodation. Snowstorm, staff provided hot chocolate. Comfy bed, clean room, spacious breakfast area.
