My partner and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Cairns for a week-long getaway. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, assisting us with all our queries and holiday arrangements. Our room was spacious, clean, and serviced daily, with the most comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel's location was perfect, situated just outside the main town area but still within walking distance to all the popular attractions. They even provided a complimentary shuttle bus to downtown Cairns, making transportation a breeze. And let's not forget about the buffet breakfast, which was absolutely fantastic!

I had an absolutely fantastic time at this hotel. The location was even nicer than I expected, with stunning views of the water. It was just a short walk to the center of the city, which was very convenient. In the evening, I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and admiring the beautiful waterfront view across the large esplanade park. The service here was top-notch. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided me with a welcome drink upon arrival and even went out of their way to inquire about my well-being when they noticed my wife's dressings. It was such a pleasant and caring atmosphere.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk along the esplanade to the town center. We enjoyed the pleasant stroll along the waterfront. There was some confusion with the room allocation upon check-in. We had booked a queen size room but were initially given a different room.

The pool was great for relaxing with a stunning view of the bay, and our room had an outstanding view as well. We were even upgraded to a higher floor and corner room upon check-in. Plus, parking was easy and free.

They even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate our engagement on the top floor with ocean views.

The hotel seemed a little outdated and could use some renovations. the bathroom in our room was not properly ventilated and had some mold.
