This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Galicia. The location around a river with lots of waterfalls is simply breathtaking. The views from the rooms with the windows open are like something out of a fairytale. The attention to detail in the beautifully decorated interior spaces is impressive. And let's not forget about the breakfast, which was absolutely delicious.

Not a single thing to complain about, everything was fantastic!

We were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary and were delighted to find a vase of roses and petals on the bed. The staff at Torre Do Rio made our anniversary extra special by serving our Cava beautifully in the garden. The attention to detail and the personal touch were absolutely fantastic. Not to mention the stunning property and the breathtaking surroundings. We fell in love with Torre Do Rio and will definitely recommend it to others.

The grounds and rooms were absolutely stunning, and we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff upon arrival. the location, although a bit outside the main town, was well worth the effort, as it provided a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. We also enjoyed the delicious meals offered, both for dinner and breakfast.

It would have been nice to have more variety and protein options for those with dietary restrictions. it would have been helpful to have an elevator, especially for those staying on the higher floors, as carrying our luggage was a hassle.

Fabulous gardens and river view. Refreshing swimming pool. Lovely rooms in a romantic setting, with charming decor. Fresh breakfast with delicious orange juice. Tranquil location with excellent staff and facilities.

I stayed at a hotel next to a beautiful river in Galicia. The location was perfect for exploring the stunning nature outside the city and enjoying the nearby beaches. The rooms were elegantly decorated with comfortable beds and high-quality bedding. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was superb. I loved the view of the extensive gardens, waterfalls, and running river from my room.

That there was no complimentary coffee or tea available during the day.

Found a nice place to spend Christmas Eve away from home. Beautiful gardens and friendly staff. the food was great and plentiful. We had fun exploring the nearby town for some last minute shopping. the room was cozy and I loved the view of the river and the bridge. the hotel is conveniently located close to the town and other nearby places of interest.

The wifi in our room didn't work properly, which made it difficult to connect with family back home. the noise from the raging river right next to the hotel was quite loud and disturbed our sleep.
