During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleased with two key location facts - it was conveniently located next to a subway station and there was a large shopping mall right across the street. This made it easy to explore the city and try some authentic Chinese dishes without having to travel far. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful Christmas decoration both inside and outside, which created a festive atmosphere that added to the holiday spirit.

I was disappointed with the lack of friendly and available staff at this hotel. I did not feel welcomed or attended to during my stay.

We had a fantastic time at our hotel in the eastern park of Hangzhou. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the subway, making it convenient to explore the city. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast spread offered a variety of delicious options, and we enjoyed starting our day with a cup of coffee from the coffee machine. The hotel also had a well-equipped gym for our use.

That there was no spa available at the hotel.

This hotel is perfect for both business and holiday travelers. the staff is highly attentive and always ready to assist with your needs. the exceptional Spa & wellness center offers luxurious treatments to help you relax after a long day of work or sightseeing. the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and Turkish bath are exclusive amenities that add to the luxurious experience. the private facilities in the room are also a plus.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the location is quite far from notable Hangzhou attractions. the hotel's advantageous location near the metro and bus lines makes it easy to move about the city.
