Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful Christmas decoration both inside and outside, which created a festive atmosphere that added to the holiday spirit.

I did not feel welcomed or attended to during my stay. There was a lack of staff presence and interaction, and it was difficult to find someone to assist or answer questions.
