Newly built hotel, complimentary drinks, great location, brand new facilities, friendly staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The room itself was spacious and beautifully refurbished, with a great view. The comfortable bed and two shower heads in the bathroom added to the enhanced comfort. We also enjoyed the complimentary champagne and the great selection in the mini-bar. The hotel provided excellent amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and USB ports for our convenience. The location was perfect, with a park nearby for a pleasant morning run. We were overall very happy with our stay and will definitely return.

The hotel room was spacious, clean, and recently renovated. It had all the amenities expected from an upscale motel/hotel. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. I really appreciated the extra-large bed, the table and chairs for dining-in, and the tablet with local information.

My stay was marred by some negatives. The noise from ongoing renovations in the restaurant area was very audible from the first floor.

The hotel is in a great location, close to a lovely parkland for walks or runs, and there's a fantastic café around the corner called the Butterfly Table. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, with recent renovations, and they are regularly cleaned on a daily basis. The staff are attentive and professional, providing excellent service. The complimentary bottle of champagne for New Year's Eve was a thoughtful touch, and the shampoo and conditioner provided were of high quality.

There were ongoing renovations taking place in the restaurant, which caused noise even on the first floor.

Newly refurbished with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a smart TV. Free coffee and breakfast when we left. Meg and Hapreet at reception were excellent. Great options at the nearby Terrace Hotel for meals. Enjoyed a pleasant run in the park across the road.

The staff, especially Meg and Hapreet, were excellent and made us feel welcome. They even offered us complimentary coffee and a boxed breakfast as we checked out. The nearby Terrace Hotel was recommended and we enjoyed delicious meals there that we could charge back to our room. The room itself was modern and comfortable, with a great bed, balcony, and TV. We also appreciated the mini-bar and the coffee/pod machine. Highly recommended!
