After a long day, arriving at the hotel felt like a nightmare. Even with a months-old reservation, we were told they oversold and had no rooms, leaving us scrambling after a late-night drive. The front desk staff lacked empathy, making an already frustrating situation worse. On a brighter note, Anna was outstanding in her professionalism, and the shower in our room offered excellent pressure. the room was lacking basics like a fridge and microwave, and cleanliness was questionable, with signs of neglect. Ultimately, the experience left much to be desired despite a few strong points.

The room itself was pretty decent, I appreciated the comfortable beds and the clean bathroom. The room had a flat-screen TV which was nice for relaxing in the evenings. there were a few things that could have been better. The air conditioning seemed a bit off, it was either too cold or not cool enough. I couldn't find any ironing facilities in the room, which would have been handy for keeping my clothes neat. The free Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, making it frustrating to get some work done. the hotel had potential but there were definitely areas that needed improvement. Hope this helps others considering a stay at the Holiday Inn.

The shower was impressive, and the wall-mounted dispensers for soap and lotion were commendable. the hotel suffers from inconsistency—beds that are hit or miss, plus a dated bathroom setup. Attention to detail is crucial; a fresh perspective on service could elevate this experience immensely. Improvement is needed, but the potential is there.

The hotel is surrounded by several interesting places like the Teaching Museum South, which is just a 2 km stroll away, and the Delta Flight Museum, about 2 km as well, making it super convenient to enjoy local culture without the hassle of long drives. There are also some great restaurants like Louisiana Bistreaux and La Fiesta just a short walk away, so you won’t have to worry about dining options after your adventures.

The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night. Temperature control was adequate, ensuring a pleasant environment throughout our stay. the shower water was lukewarm, which was disappointing. While the noise level was acceptable for a hotel near the airport, some disturbances from outside were noticeable. The breakfast choices were minimal and could certainly be improved with more hot options. The pet fee felt extreme given the room’s cleanliness. Although there were some issues, the room itself was a solid choice for our needs.

Great location with a shuttle to the airport and Marta bus stop nearby. Rooms are clean and comfy, huge with stylish decor. Amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. The shower was hot and powerful. Super friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Fitness center was a plus!

The location near the airport was convenient for our early morning flight. The comfortable mattress and soft pillows provided a good night's sleep after a busy day of meetings.
