No airport shuttle service causing inconvenience!!! Incorrect address led to confusion and two Uber rides!!! Room issues included broken window shade and lingering odors!!! Needs better room management to ensure guests aren’t checking into occupied rooms!!!

Staff were rude during fire alarm incidents.

We really enjoy the convenient location of the hotel, with several great restaurants just a short drive away. The room is quite spacious and comfortable, which really helps us relax after a long day. Additionally, the free shuttle service to the airport made our travel plans much easier and hassle-free!

However, the elevator is slow and can be quite frustrating, especially during peak times.

i was extremely disappointed with my stay. the elevator was clunky, taking an eternity to reach my floor, and the bathroom was clearly not cleaned properly. i can't believe i didn’t receive a room upgrade after all this inconvenience! just unfathomable. i almost wrote a good review, but this definitely made me change my mind.

Had a fun group trip! Enjoyed the clean, modern rooms which made us feel at home right away. Breakfast was decent, and the location was close to great spots, just a short drive to the golf course and convention center. Loved the gym and tennis too! Highly recommend!

One downside was that the parking fees felt a bit steep compared to other hotels nearby. However, it didn’t ruin our overall experience.

I had a brief stay with high hopes, but the experience was disappointing. The bathroom towels were wet upon arrival. My only comfort was the bed. The front desk service needed improvement as well, leaving me frustrated. I could have turned around but didn’t for the sake of my partner's meeting. Being originally from Rome, I appreciate a smooth experience, and this just didn’t meet my expectations.
