I found the lack of a desk or table in the room, as well as the absence of a proper wardrobe or suitcase rack, to be a bit inconvenient for a longer stay.

My stay at Hotel Ernest Bendigo was a mixed bag. the lack of 24-hour reception and breakfast were disappointing. the historic building's renovation and attention to detail, along with the friendly staff and beautiful toiletries, made it a special experience. A great location with a few hiccups.

We stayed at a hotel over Xmas and we loved how artsy and beautiful the property was, with plenty of live plants and beautiful artworks displayed throughout. the staff, who were friendly and informative, left us a detailed letter on what to do upon our arrival. the location was really convenient since it allowed us to explore the area by foot.

We weren't impressed with the room itself. the shower was awkwardly placed and difficult to use, plus the bedding wasn't great.

Great value for money with well-appointed rooms and impeccable service. the location is prime, right by the art gallery and surrounded by cafes and shops. the staff at this cozy hotel, Ernest, were friendly and attentive.

Staying at this luxurious hotel was an unforgettable experience. the service was impeccable, with attentive staff fulfilling every need. the room boasted exclusive amenities, including a Jacuzzi and private facilities, and was spacious and stunningly decorated. the outdoor dining area provided a perfect opportunity for a romantic dinner while enjoying the breathtaking garden area. the central location was incredibly convenient, with many attractions and shops located nearby.

The only minor issue was the lack of a leisure/ TV room, but with so much to see and do in the city, it was hardly missed. the sun terrace provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling city, and the staff were more than happy to provide recommendations of nearby activities.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The shower was amazing with fluffy towels. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Bendigo.

The hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of Bendigo next to the gardens. Just across the road, there is a wine bar for casual dining, which I found to be quite good. the hotel showcases beautiful Australian art throughout its premises. The room itself was spacious, exceptionally clean, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and bedding. The bathrooms were immaculate and well-presented, with plenty of fluffy, clean towels and fresh bathrobes provided. The hotel staff was friendly, informative, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Even though I didn't have enough time to fully enjoy all the facilities, such as the lovely reception area and the upcoming bar and restaurant, I can't wait to return and experience them.
