We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the iconic attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, from a spa and wellness centre, an indoor swimming pool, and a jacuzzi, providing the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect as it was in the city centre and within easy walking distance from everything we needed, including Rundle Mall. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and accommodating. The room was well-presented and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and free toiletries. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant and bar, which had a great selection of food and drinks.

We were lucky enough to get room 307 again, and the King size bed was just as comfortable as we remembered. the restaurant downstairs served excellent food, and being so close to the Casino was a bonus. the staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, were polite and friendly, making our experience even better. the location of the hotel was perfect, within easy walking distance to all the sights. the room itself was comfortable and well maintained, and the cafe on the ground floor was spacious and sunny. we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Spent my Christmas with my family at a hotel - but I won't recommend it. the good part was the two complementary facts offered - which were not expected but were a pleasant surprise. the key location was perfect as there were many shops all around. Lastly, I enjoyed the rooftop pool which was the best spot for relaxation.

Being woken up by noise from other guests entering their rooms late at night in the hallway was the worst aspect of the stay. the room was super stuffy and there was no option to open the window.
