The hotel itself was lovely with a gorgeous location and our room was spotless, spacious, and had a huge comfy bed. The pool area was clean and charming. the reception and breakfast staff were quite rude and unhelpful. The breakfast experience was disappointing, and the room service options were limited and overpriced.

Absolutely blown away by the serene and secluded ambiance, couldn't hear a peep from other guests! the friendly staff made everything super easy. the heated swimming pool was a dream, and the whole place was spotless! Being near a cool pub and restaurants, as well as the main town and convenient transport options, was mind-blowing. Having our luggage magically transported made the stay so smooth and effortless. LOVED the blend of historic and modern buildings, the stunning landscaping, and the spacious, comfy room with a view. One night wasn't enough; arriving early and getting to enjoy all the amenities longer was jaw-dropping.

The spacious rooms with a terrace were a highlight, offering stunning views of the sea, harbor, and beach. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, with the check-in receptionist providing excellent service.

The bathroom was a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. The shower, in particular, was not up to par.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from Thompsons Bay with its shops and restaurants. the staff are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. the room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the delicious dinner at the restaurant on-site, and the amenities provided were top-notch. Almina, one of the receptionists, was particularly helpful in making our stay smooth.

Although the room was generally clean, we did have to remind housekeeping a couple of times to tidy up later in the day. the view from the hotel's beach was limited, but we found a nice spot for swimming about a kilometer away.

The island was beautiful and full of cute wild animals. There were some nice bars and restaurants around the hotel area, and the beach was within walking distance. the room had a balcony with a great view of the sea and it was quite clean.

The cost was very high for what was offered. the hotel rooms were outdated and lacking in amenities.
