I recently visited Barnard Castle and stayed at The Three Horseshoes hotel for a few days. The staff, especially Helen, were fantastic and made me feel so welcome. The room was brilliant - clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a huge bath that was absolutely amazing. The dinner and breakfast served at the hotel were delicious and catered to my dietary needs. it was a perfect stay and I would definitely come back to this superb hotel.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable, with stylish and comfortable furnishings. the staff were excellent, friendly and attentive. the restaurant had a great selection of quality local produce, and the breakfast menu had excellent and varied choices. the hotel had a lovely outside terrace, perfect for enjoying a drink in the evening sunshine.

The room facing the street could be a bit noisy due to the sounds from outside, but it was not a major problem. It would be better to book in advance if you want to eat at the restaurant, as it tends to get quite busy.
