Their hospitality truly stood out compared to other places I've stayed. the room was clean, and we enjoyed the convenience of the location, which allowed us to walk to all the attractions we wanted to visit in town.

Had a great Easter weekend at a classic hotel with lots of historical charm. Was pleasantly surprised with the complimentary Easter eggs and hot cross buns. the hotel is in a central location, making it easy to walk to shops and nearby attractions. Enjoyed the spacious and clean room, as well as the secure parking available.

The noise from the main road was quite disruptive and the window in the room did little to block out the sound. the restaurant was hit or miss, with dinner being quite enjoyable but lunch options being lacking and the service during breakfast being subpar.

The room was beautifully updated with a touch of heritage charm, complete with marble staircases and stained glass windows. I loved the view of the park from my balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Seniors menu was a pleasant surprise. Despite a small shower cubicle, it didn't hinder my stay. I highly recommend this graceful and comfortable heritage gem.

The hotel's location is ideal, situated opposite the Art Gallery and close to everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable, with a spa bath in the bathroom and free toiletries provided. The staff were accommodating and the breakfast was good, with tasty scones.

The lighting in the breakfast area could be better, as it was difficult to read the tea bag labels.
