We had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect - right on the edge of the warehouse area and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The room was spacious with great amenities, such as an in-room safe, mini-bar, and a washing machine and dryer. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast, and the service was top-notch.

Although we didn't encounter any cons during our stay, we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The facilities were excellent, including the fitness centre and restaurant, and the overall level of comfort and quality of services provided made for a truly luxurious experience.

That I had to pay for parking my motorbike, which I found unusual as I have never been charged for parking it before during my travels.

I had such a comfortable stay at the Distinction Hotel in Dunedin. The room was spacious with separate beds and a wardrobe, and I loved the bathrobes and slippers provided.
