Spacious bedrooms with beautiful alpine views. Well-lit villa equipped with washer and dryer, creating a homely feel. Convenient location near shopping and dining spots, with a bus stop nearby. Enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen.

Limited supplies like toilet paper and BBQ, not ideal for extended stays. Limited kitchen setup for longer visits.

we had a fantastic stay at Platinum with a beautiful alpine view and a glimpse of the lake. the spacious room comfortably accommodated our group for our wedding. the kitchen was well-equipped, and we adored the cozy fireplace. Alana was a welcoming host, and the whole experience was dreamy. a perfect spot for a special occasion.

As soon as we walked into our Lake View Villa, we were blown away by the amazing view. The uninterrupted views of the lake and mountains from both the lounge and the master bedroom and bath were truly incredible. The villa itself was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk or drive to town along a scenic waterfront. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, providing baby gate, porta cot, and high chair for our 2-year-old. The kitchen was well-stocked and they even provided tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and basic spices. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like leaving lights and heating on for our late arrival and offering board games and DVDs for entertainment.

Felt truly spoilt, no complaint.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The location is stunning, up on a hill overlooking the lake. The service was fantastic, with staff accommodating our request for a late check out and offering great facilities such as dry cleaning, grocery shopping service, ski equipment hire, and tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were brilliant, providing everything we needed including a washing machine, kitchen, dryer, and flat-screen TV. We particularly appreciated the outdoor dining area, which added to the lovely leisure garden area available.

Highly recommend this hotel to families visiting the area.

We were a party of 4 and the self-service villa at Platinum Queenstown was exceptional! The villa was clean and comfortable, with breathtaking lake views. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had ice cubes in the freezer. The bathrooms were spacious and the management was kind and accommodating. The location, though not in the center of town, was a beautiful and peaceful walk along the lake. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking mountain view and a majestic lake-front view. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and cozy beds. The staff is efficient and accommodating, providing excellent service. Guests can also enjoy facilities like a tennis court, outdoor grassy area, and high-speed wifi.

It would be beneficial if the hotel had an outdoor jacuzzi or hot tub for guests to relax in.

We were pleased with the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi. the hotel was near the town center and had easy access to public transportation. the view from our room was breathtaking and we spent a lot of time taking in the scenery.

The heat was unbearable, making it hard to sleep at night. the hotel management seemed disinterested in our problems and didn't offer any solutions.
