Conveniently located near popular attractions, train station, and restaurants. Recently renovated rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good variety and quality of food.

The room was beautifully presented and the beds were very comfy. the electric blinds and plenty of lighting were also a nice touch. the location was perfect, close to Darling Harbour, shopping, and restaurants. the room was quiet and dark, providing a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep.

Some noisy guests arriving home in the early hours and the heavy entrance doors created a lot of noise when they shut. Perhaps another sign on the doors asking guests to be considerate of other sleeping guests would be helpful.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the sights and attractions of the city. We were able to easily walk to the aquarium and enjoy our day there. The bar lounge had delicious food and we really enjoyed our meals there. The concierge service was excellent and they helped us arrange tours and even got us opera tickets before we arrived. The early check-in and late check-out options were also very convenient. our stay at Hyatt Regency was enjoyable and I would recommend it to others.

As adventure travelers, we loved the proximity of the hotel to Cockle Bay Wharf and Darling Harbour. There were plenty of restaurant and cafe options nearby, as well as attractions like the IMAX theatre and Chinese Gardens. The room we stayed in, a King-sized harbour side deluxe room, was excellent with a fabulous balcony and all necessary facilities. We also appreciated the quick response from the staff when we checked into an unmade room and were promptly upgraded with complimentary wine and biscuits. the facilities and amenities provided a great value for money.

Staff provided excellent service, remembering returning guests' names and providing timely, friendly information. Rooftop and lobby bar unavailable due to current circumstances, but hotel offered complimentary drinks at another bar. Room amenities were satisfactory. a pleasant stay.

We were delighted by the outstanding view from our room at Hyatt Regency. The location was perfect, with many attractions just a few steps away and easily accessible cafes and restaurants. The hotel staff, from reception to housekeeping, was friendly and helpful. we highly recommend this excellent hotel.

The check, in process was extremely frustrating and time, consuming, with miscommunication and errors regarding payment and refunds. the hotel could use some renovations and maintenance, with patches on the walls and damaged guest hallways.

stayed at a hotel in sydney before, but hyatt regency blew me away. stunning harbor view rooms, mouthwatering seafood table at the restaurant, and a friendly staff that went above and beyond. the location is unbeatable, close to everything and perfect for my business meeting. breakfast buffet with changing options was a delicious surprise. loved every minute of it.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency in Sydney for a few nights and was thoroughly impressed. The rooms, although small, were incredibly neat and tidy. The ground floor bar/restaurant had a fancy vibe that we really enjoyed, and the breakfast offered was absolutely fabulous. The reservations staff, Ting, was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved a mix-up with our bill. the hotel's location was perfect, with brilliant views of the water and easy access to the city and Darling Harbour.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

This place is located in a great area, perfect for exploring Darling Harbour and checking out nearby eateries. The staff are truly exceptional and some of the best we've ever encountered. The room amenities, from the in-room air conditioning to the mini-bar, are top-notch and guarantee a comfortable stay.

We loved the character of the dining room and bar, with the old building's charm. The staff provided attentive and helpful service, going above and beyond. The location is fabulous, close to local restaurants and entertainment. The views from our bedroom and rooftop bar were fantastic. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was delicious. It was an excellent value and we have recommended it to friends.

The hotel had a perfect location for exploring Darling Harbour activities, ICC events, and the city center. The rooms had nice harbour views and included breakfast with big meals. The staff provided basic amenities and gave us access to Netflix on TV.

The hotel offered a great breakfast buffet, with plenty of options to choose from. the location was also fantastic, with easy access to Darling Harbour and all its attractions. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Our room was quite small and didn't quite live up to the expectations of a 5-star hotel. Additionally, we had some issues with the toilet not flushing properly, which was quite inconvenient.
