During my stay over the Christmas holidays, I was impressed by the clean and comfortable rooms at this hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful, making my experience pleasant. the breakfast offered a wide variety of quality food, catering to all tastes. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with a bus stop directly outside and a Red Cat stop just a short walk away.

There were a few disappointing aspects. the bathrooms could use some refurbishment, as the grout in the shower was moldy or missing in some areas.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious meals. I had a great experience at Hyatt Regency Perth and would highly recommend it.

The hotel staff were excellent in terms of service and friendliness. The location of the hotel was excellent, particularly in regards to the event I was attending. The lobby of the hotel was also spectacular to look at. The room was spacious with a view of the Swan River. The bed was extra large and comfy. I was very happy to receive a $50 credit to go towards food/room service. The staff were very professional, efficient, and helpful. The food was plentiful and available on demand anytime, with great room service. As a guest, you are treated with total respect and friendly service. Nice for a spoil yourself short break. The pool area was good, and we were given a 30-minute late checkout for our convenience.

This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone attending events at Optus Oval as it's within walking distance, avoiding the inconvenience of public transport. While not close to many restaurants, there are free buses right outside to get you around quickly. The spacious rooms are immaculate, with great inclusions in Regency Club rooms. The breakfast is excellent and caters to everyone. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient, providing outstanding service. The facilities are generous, including a lovely view of the river.

The air conditioning left us hot and uncomfortable during the night.

Our recent stay at the Hyatt was great. I loved the easy access to parking. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the pool was well maintained. Even though the hotel was busy, our room remained quiet at night. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

During my recent business trip, I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in Perth. the room I stayed in was spacious and well, maintained, with a comfortable king, sized bed and a generous bathroom. the staff provided excellent service, always greeting me politely and going out of their way to accommodate my needs. the hotel's location was convenient, with free city buses stopping right in front of the hotel. Additionally, there was a Chinese restaurant on, site that served delicious Malaysian and Chinese cuisine.

One downside of the hotel was the limited facilities. the restaurant was not open for dinner on Sundays, and the only alternative available was the lobby.

We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the helpful staff who provided us with great recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. the location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and a short walk to the water.

The hotel felt a bit outdated and could use some renovations. some of the dining options were overpriced and lacked quality.

As a business traveler, I appreciated the excellent staff service in the embassy club on the 8th floor.

The bathtub in the room fits two people comfortably. Comfy pillows and mattress. Birthday surprise with cake and chocolates. Spacious balcony for entertaining friends. Timely and delicious room service. Yummy breakfast included in price.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Perth for a few nights. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning artworks throughout. The staff provided fantastic service and made me feel very welcome. The facilities were top-notch, including a spacious room with a balcony and a luxurious spa in the bathroom. The Club Lounge offered delicious food, excellent service, and a breathtaking view. The sauna was a great way to relax after swimming in the warm and well-maintained pool. The gym had everything I needed for a workout. I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency.

The rooms at Hyatt Regency were spacious and impeccably clean. We were especially impressed with the comfortable chairs in the room, perfect for relaxing and watching TV. The lobby had a great atmosphere, and we thoroughly enjoyed the excellent food and drinks at the Club Lounge. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful, and we were grateful for the chef who went above and beyond by carrying our bags up to the reception. The hotel's central location was a major plus, and we even got upgraded to a larger suite. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
