This hotel was a great find! the value for money was excellent, offering affordable prices that won't break the bank. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was commendable - everything was organized, including the option to specify breakfast orders. Thirdly, the location was perfect for an overnight stop on our journey from the south to the highlands. It provided a convenient and charming place to rest. Lastly, the staff were pleasant and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We stopped off at Rowanbank House on our way further north in Scotland. Such a friendly couple greeted us, even with our later than expected arrival. The room was perfect for our little family and puppy, and the cleanliness was spotless. The easy parking and proximity to the train station made exploring without driving a breeze. The veggie breakfast was superb and the overall welcome to Scotland was wonderful. Highly recommended for anyone, especially those with dogs.

We had a wonderful stay in a charming little town in Scotland. The hotel was in a perfect location, close to the town center, restaurants, and even some great golf courses. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and provided exceptional service. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The view from our room was stunning, overlooking a beautiful garden. We were pleasantly surprised to find a gaming console in the room, which made our son very happy.

The shower was a bit small, but it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience.

We had an amazing stay at Rowanbank Guesthouse. Angela was very welcoming and allowed us to check-in late. The property was in immaculate condition with a grand staircase. Our room was comfortable and well decorated. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff, especially Elaine, were friendly and offered local knowledge. The picturesque location was perfect for exploring. The owners and staff were extremely helpful and understanding, even when our van broke down. Highly recommend.

rowanbank house in annan was a fantastic base for exploring the solway firth. the family room was clean and comfy, with a lovely view of the garden. angela, the host, was friendly and made sure to implement safety measures. the breakfast was delicious and filling, and the unlimited wifi was a bonus.
