The value for money at Palmer Collective was exceptional, the room was clean, comfortable, and had a Smart TV with Netflix. The location on Palmer Street was perfect, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

The free onsite parking was very convenient for our city trip and the hotel's key location close to restaurants and a convenience store across the road made our stay even more convenient. the staff were friendly and attentive, even offering complimentary water bottles. We also appreciated the option to opt-out of room servicing and the well sound proofed rooms.

the grout in the shower looked dated and in need of redoing. It would have been nice if there were softer pillows available, although management assured us they were taking steps to improve this.
