Our stay at Il Palazzo was perfect! The place had a cozy and clean atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The spacious rooms had everything we needed and the friendly staff made us feel welcomed. The location was great, with easy access to the foreshore, ferry terminal, and Asian food markets. We felt safe as solo travelers and enjoyed the family atmosphere.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, and the room was comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could have been improved was the morning meal options, as it lacked variety and choice.

During my recent stay at Il Palazzo, I was impressed by the spacious and well-equipped one-bedroom apartment. The separate bedroom and bathroom provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I particularly appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Despite the hotel showing signs of age, the cleanliness and amenities made up for it. The location of the hotel was also a standout, being centrally located and close to all the restaurants. I had a great experience at Il Palazzo and would highly recommend it.

Free Easter chocolate eggs given to guests upon arrival. Conveniently located close to outdoor activities and stunning beaches. the kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need for cooking delicious meals.

The room was not well-maintained, with peeling paint and dusty surfaces. the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were too flat.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the marina for our snorkeling cruises. We enjoyed the convenience of having everything we needed right next door, including the night markets and the "All night market". The room was comfortable and the staff provided excellent service, ensuring any issues we had were promptly resolved. it was a great experience.

A slight issue with the smell in the room, but the staff promptly offered us another room to address the problem.
