We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The location in the heart of the CBD was perfect for exploring the city. The hotel staff, especially the receptionist James, provided excellent service and were very friendly and helpful. The amenities in the rooms were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a cozy sitting area and a plush bed. We loved the fact that the hotel had an indoor swimming pool and a spa center, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel also offered great facilities like Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a fitness center. we highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel is superb, with close proximity to the Queen Vic markets and the central Melbourne station. Everything is within walking distance, including a variety of restaurants. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The staff is commendable and helpful, providing excellent service. The view from the higher levels is breathtaking.

The price of the hotel may be a bit high, but considering the comfort, location, and convenience, it is justifiable.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Spent my Xmas at a high-floor apartment with great views of the city. Loved the complementary champagne and chocolates left in the fridge, a thoughtful touch that made us feel welcome. the location was unbeatable, with a plethora of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets right in the vicinity. Plus, the free tram stop was just a stone's throw away.

The absence of balcony furniture was another letdown, as we couldn't enjoy the fresh air and views as much. the kitchen amenities could have been more well-maintained, with only one dirty teaspoon and dirty glassware.

The apartment at Imagine Lighthouse was spacious and comfortable, with amazing views. I couldn't help but be in awe of the stunning scenery from my room. The convenience of the location in the city was also a big plus.

As longer term business travelers, we found the location of the apartment to be excellent. We were just a stone's throw away from the Vic Markets, the Museum, and Melbourne Central, which made exploring the city a breeze. The staff at the apartment were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any queries we had.
