This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. our room on the 1st floor had a breathtaking view of the mountains from the balcony. Secondly, the attention to detail was fantastic - from the super clean and organized rooms to the separate toilet and shower. Lastly, the prices were fair and the hotel provided great communication before our arrival.

Nothing to complain about, everything was fine.

The apartment was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The SPA area, saunas, and swimming pool were very nice. The location to the ski lift was perfect. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The balcony provided a great view and the Finnish sauna was enjoyable. Good recycling facilities and suitable for a small family.

The location of the hotel was great, only a short walk to the slopes and plenty of restaurants in the area. the room facilities were impressive, with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed.

the pool was freezing and the water slides were not in use. the staff were unhelpful and didn't provide enough towels, which made it difficult to enjoy the spa facilities.
