I recently stayed at Royal View for a few days and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff, especially Regina and Clinton, were friendly and provided excellent service. The location was perfect, with malls, supermarkets, and restaurants just a short walk away. The room was upgraded to a Deluxe Suite with a balcony, which was very comfortable. The hotel maintained a good standard, and I was pleased with the cleanliness and fast wifi. I am very happy with my stay and will choose this hotel again.

The location of the hotel is great, right across from the mall and within reach of downtown. The rooms are spacious and some even come with balconies. The restaurant offers excellent food and the portions are generous. The pool area is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The check-in process took too long and there were issues with cleanliness in some of the rooms.

The location was perfect, being near to the mall and on the lake. The breakfast options were diverse and delicious. the staff provided amazing customer service and made our stay memorable.

The hotel is located near a main road, close to shopping malls, and has a McDonald's nearby. The friendly and attentive staff, combined with the overall quality of the facilities, make this hotel an outstanding choice.

I absolutely loved the cozy vibe of the room at Royal View Hotel. The air conditioning was a game-changer, especially in the summer heat. Having a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a minibar made it feel like a home away from home.

I personally didn't fancy the idea of a balcony, but I understand others might love that feature.

I had a short but enjoyable stay at Royal View in Ras al-Khaimah. I was in town for just a few hours and found the location to be perfect, close to Manar Mall. The receptionist, a friendly Filipina with long black hair, provided excellent service. Additionally, the hotel offered great amenities including dental utilities and slippers, and the AC was easily adjustable. Despite being near a main road, the noise from the traffic was minimal. my experience at Royal View was positive and I would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the room smelled fresh and the cleanliness was top-notch. the staff, especially Mr Anto at the reception, were exceptional and made our stay extraordinary. They went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday special after a bad experience at the beach. the location was also great, with everything within walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a suite room and the fruit basket. we were very impressed with the hotel and would definitely come back.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including functional room utensils and reliable wifi in both the room and the bar. The food in the restaurant was delicious and offered great portions at a reasonable price. The location was convenient, with the hotel being opposite a mall and within reach of downtown. There were plenty of taxis passing by, and the staff were always willing to help with ordering one. The room sizes were good, and I appreciate that our group was given neighboring rooms, one of which had a balcony.

Loved the hotel's "garden" that was actually a patch of grass with two flowers. The "fitness centre" had one treadmill that was always occupied by someone taking slow walks. Great "restaurant" that offered one meal option - take it or leave it.

The "free Wi-Fi" was as fast as a snail on a leisurely stroll.

We recently stayed at a cheap hotel in a convenient location, next to a mall. the staff at the reception were polite and helpful. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. the hotel had a nice pool and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast which was delivered to our room. our experience at this hotel exceeded our expectations.

The hotel staff were super cool, always friendly and made us feel like rock stars. The pool area was off the hook, with awesome music and a chill vibe. The location was perfect, close to Khuzam Family Park and Dhayan Fort, where we had a blast exploring and taking sick selfies. We had the time of our lives and can't wait to come back for more partying and adventures!

If there's one thing we'd ask for, it's a more happening nightlife scene at the hotel. Don't get us wrong, the top floor bar had killer views, but we were hoping for more parties and events for young party-goers like us.

Lastly, the location was perfect, right in the city center, with easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast offered for a small additional fee was a great deal and definitely worth it.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to famous spots in the area. The rooms are clean and the staff is welcoming and respectful. there is a bellboy named Mr Clinton who goes out of his way to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay.

The check-in process can be quite time-consuming and there seems to be a lack of communication between staff members and guests.
