Our room had a great view of the pool and lagoon, and the pool bar served tasty meals and drinks, with fun activities like borrowing golf balls. the well-kept grounds and stunning natural beach swimming pool were perfect for relaxing, and the gym was top-notch. the club access service was slow and understaffed, impacting the value. the beach umbrellas provided a cool shade by the pool. 🌴.

My wife and I spent a lovely weekend at the Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove Resort for our 25th wedding anniversary. the food at the Fireplace was exceptional, the pool area was fantastic, and the general ambience was just what we needed. the room was very comfortable, with a spacious layout and a private balcony offering stunning marina views. We were pleasantly surprised to wake up to a serene scene of a mother and baby kangaroo right outside our room.

Would recommend this hotel.

cleanliness was top-notch in our queenslander suite 526 - the location was great near theme parks and shopping - loved the kangaroos around. breakfast buffet and coffee were a hit, and the lagoon pool was truly amazing!

The hotel is perfectly situated next to a beautiful beach area, allowing guests to enjoy the sun and sand. The location is also convenient for visiting theme parks and exploring the nearby sanctuary cove restaurants.

The rooms are a little dated, which may not suit those looking for a modern and trendy atmosphere.

Excellent location with great access to Gold Coast or Brisbane. Surrounding gardens are wonderful. Plenty of space and areas to relax. Lovely pools. Beautiful view overlooking the water. Helpful staff. Little extra luxuries.

We had a fantastic city break and enjoyed the complimentary buggy service to our room. the staff were friendly and informative and we particularly enjoyed the poolside food and bar. the location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to local attractions. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and impressive room.
